In reply to Martha Carbajal. Hi Martha! You don't have to cook it first you can add it with the other ingredients, you can check the chicken and chorizo paella is in the website hopefully that helps!

Made this for the family and a couple of special guests from South America and it went down a treat with a glass of Rioja!
